Hi everyone! I'm so excited to share this post with you all. This newborn little girl came to the studio for her newborn session at almost 3 weeks new, and we got some amazing shots of her.
She looked so peaceful and happy in some of the images, and then she was just gorgeous in others. I love how you can see the transition from a newborn baby to a newborn baby who has begun to develop her personality through her expressions.
Some of you may hear the age and think, 3 weeks old, I thought newborn photographers wanted all their babies in by 10 days old! And there is a ton of industry standards that tell newborn photographers, "get your clients in early", "After 2 weeks baby changes so much that newborn photos are not doable", or my favorite, " You can only capture that curly newborn stage before two weeks of age". Let me tell you, they are wrong! If you come across this post or any of my newborn work and have a 4 or 5 or even 6 week old newborn, please reach out! They are not impossible and definitely deserve to be captured as sweetly as a two week old <3
